Manufacturing Operations Intelligence

Manufacturing and operations teams asking to streamline what happens on the floor: how machines are running, how jobs are scheduled and routed to equipment, and where work stalls between systems. The goal is live, trustworthy production information replacing spreadsheets, whiteboards and manual chasing — so planning and operational decisions can be made and acted on quickly.

Digital Product Passports

A regulated digital record that travels with a product — where and by whom it was made, what materials went into it, and how it should be repaired, reused or recycled. The EU is phasing passports in under the Ecodesign Regulation, starting with batteries in 2027, followed by textiles, steel and other product groups, with parallel rules such as the Deforestation Regulation requiring verifiable origin data for goods entering Europe. We design and build the platforms that issue, localise and manage these passports across a product's lifecycle.

Proof in practice

Not a concept. Running in production.

Digital Product Passports are a live capability, not a proposal. Sam and Joe co-founded tieback.io, an AI-native platform that issues and manages digital product passports — from batch creation and market localisation to consumer-facing passport experiences and targeted safety and recall notices.
